Founder of The Aurora Code. I help women find a quiet hour that's just for them, using sound therapy and reflective mindfulness.

My story

I came to this work because I believe every woman deserves a space that's quiet, kind, and unhurried — somewhere she can put down the juggling act for an hour and simply listen in.

The Aurora Code grew from my own experience of how powerful it can be to combine sound and reflection. When I found the tools I now use in my sessions, I saw straight away that they gave people permission to slow down in a way that didn't feel clinical or performative — just calm, guided, and personal.

How I work

Every session is one-to-one and online. I don't do group work. I don't rush. I'll always explain what a tool does before we use it, and you can take the session at whatever pace feels right.

My sessions are for personal wellness and reflection — they're not medical, and I'm careful never to make claims that aren't mine to make. If you're dealing with something that needs medical attention, please speak to your GP.

Who I work with

Most of the women who book with me are looking for a breather, a reset, or just a quiet hour to themselves. Some come curious about the sound tools. Some come just needing somewhere to exhale. Both are welcome.
